- Andrew Flanagan appointed as the new CEO of RWE Clean Energy
- Mark Noyes leaves RWE at his own request
Andrew Flanagan has been appointed as the new CEO of RWE Clean Energy. Flanagan was to date the company’s CDO (Chief Development Officer).

Mark Noyes, the current CEO of RWE Clean Energy, decided to step down from the management of the company by mutual consent.

The Executive Management Team around Andrew Flanagan continues to have Ingmar Ritzenhofen as CFO and Akshaya Bhargava as COO (Chief Operating Officer).
