Overview of program

The RWE Internship Program provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and valuable insights into the professional working environment at RWE. Through this program, you will have the opportunity to explore the dynamic, rapidly evolving renewable energy industry.

Whichever path you pursue, you will be supported and guided by experienced professionals as you contribute to meaningful and engaging projects. Our internships are designed to help you develop your skills, broaden your understanding of the energy sector, and lay the foundation for a successful career.

At RWE Americas we offer internship opportunities throughout the year for students and young professionals who are passionate about renewable energy, environmental sustainability, and community development.

During this 12-week paid program, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a designated team and work on meaningful projects that contribute directly to the business. Alongside project work, all interns gain hands-on experience through daily tasks tailored by their manager.

Undergraduate or master’s-level student

U.S. citizen

Demonstrated enthusiasm, drive, and commitment to personal and professional growth
